Many people make the mistake of believing that creating goals and attaining achievement must be done alone. We are conditioned to regard other people as obstacles rather than companions because the idea of competing against one another is so deeply established in our subconscious brains. I recently spoke with a young guy who is not only prospering on his own but is also accomplishing goals through providing meaningful services to others.
What amazes me about Mehmet Majed Veysel’s work is how he has achieved a sense of satisfaction while still working to improve the benefit of others through his work with digital learning creators. I was impressed by how he illustrated that these two beliefs can exist. I recently set up an interview with Mehmet Majed Veysel to discuss how business owners may find a balance between service and profit.
What’s the smartest way for instructional creators to tap into their creative minds?
My motto is straightforward. How can you use your leverage to simplify what you have and deliver revolution to your audience while claiming to be in your zone of genius? The aim is to educate individuals on the importance of remaining faithful to themselves. You don’t have to resort to any tricks doing anything dishonest to attract a tribe of individuals that rock with you and will empathize with what you provide.
What suggestions can you provide to someone who aims to develop in any aspect of their life?
Success is the primary motivation for everyone to advance in life; for some, it is riches; for others, it is power; and for still others, it is just the desire to make a positive difference in the world. All of these statements are accurate; success is a term that means various things to different individuals. However, according to Mehmet Majed Veysel, there are certain proactive activities you can take in your life to help you simplify your route to success, including:
1. Define specific goals:
To achieve success faster, you must first create a professional roadmap; after all, the meaning of success differs from person to person; therefore, it is critical to define your objectives, or what you want to accomplish in your work. Make your objectives as detailed as possible, because you can only take active actions toward them if you have solid goals.
2. Define and stick to a routine:
The majority of successful individuals are aware of the importance of repetition. Routine keeps you moving and allows you to continue to improve. For starters, sticking to a schedule makes it much easier to track your improvement over time. A routine, on the other hand, aids in the development of positive habits, which may help you improve your profession efficiently.
3. Learn how to say no:
Saying yes is easy and satisfying, but if you say yes to a lot of things if you are an agreeable person; maybe you agree to take on a lot of projects and commitments, or maybe you easily agree to things and then change your mind at the last minute, either way; these directions do not help you advance your career. Saying no is difficult, but it is typically better in the long run since it demonstrates integrity and prevents you from spending time on activities that do not promote your career.
4. Make sure you learn from your mistakes:
Failure may be our greatest lesson, after all, what looks to be a failure today can teach you a lesson that will help you avoid far greater failures in the future. If you want to be successful, you mustn’t let a few bumps and blunders crush or break you.
If you can learn from your failures and focus on progress rather than perfection, you will get stronger and smarter, which will help you achieve success faster.
In light of this, Majed suggests that you maintain doing what you enjoy and let things unfold organically rather than pressuring them. You should also keep in mind that time is valuable and should not be squandered.
“A goal without a plan is nothing more than a dream.” So, keep going until you’re proud of what you’ve accomplished. You should know by now that talents aren’t cheap and that desire is precious, but keep in mind that all of your late nights and early mornings will pay off one day, so don’t give up and keep working to achieve your goals.”
